Deluxe Deep Cleaning Collapse

This cleaning package is what our team members do on your first time clean. It can be booked as a one-time clean, or to begin a recurring service. Either way, your home will sparkle from top to bottom and will allow recurring maintenance cleaning going forward!

  • Mold, blood, bodily fluids
  • Animal waste including urine
  • Cat litter box and on floor
  • Insects/rodents droppings

In order for the cleaning crew to do their job to optimize time, we ask that you pick up as much as possible especially clothing, toys, and other household items.

The cleaning crew will not know where your personal items belong. BUT if we must spend time picking items up and putting them away you will be billed for the extra time needed to do so.

Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

**In order to provide the highest quality cleaning, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, etc.  If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. We do not clean the following:  display areas such as Lego’s, electronics, diaper genies, pet waste or dishes. For safety reasons, we only change the bottom bedding on bunk beds.

*We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning.  Excessive build up may require multiple visits or an ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning.  Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

Cancellation/Lockout Policy:

Please note that if service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to$75 - $135 will be charged to the card on file.

Maintenance/Recurring Cleaning Expand

Once your home have been through out deluxe deep cleaning, this is the service you will receive on a recurring basis to provide recurring maintenance cleaning. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options available!

**** This service is not recommended for move in / move out cleans, or first time initial cleans. We strongly suggest that you start with a  Deluxe Deep Clean for your first service visit.  A Recurring Maintenance Cleaning is only recommended if you’ve have professional cleaning within the last four weeks.

Customize or Hourly Clean Expand

A budget friendly option you can customize!  Rite Touch Maids to the rescue!

Are you good at maintaining most of your home but need help with certain room?  Bathrooms, kitchens and floors are the most common request for our custom or hourly clean.

For $112, we’ll clean from our maintenance cleaning options for up to 2.5 hours.

Additional time and task can always be added as needed.  Please keep in mind more time may be needed if the home is cluttered/messy and not picked up at the time of cleaning or if its an initial/first time cleaning.

Customize cleaning VS Flat rate cleanings– Our  standard cleaning packages deluxe - general - Maintenance - move in/out cleanings uses numerous factors based on your home including size, type of floors, pets, condition of kitchen , and level of soap scum, just to name a few. As a result, we can guarantee to get your home completely cleaned on standard cleaning packages for the price in your estimate.

CUSTOMIZE cleaning does not take any of those factors into consideration and so there is no guarantee we will finish your Priority List. The team members will work at a professional pace, as always, but will not work faster than normal pace for safety and quality reasons. The team members will not perform any tasks that conflict with policies or present a safety risk.

How It Works

  • Predict how much time you want or need based on the level of dust, build up, pet hair, clutter, soap scum
  • We require a PRIORITY LIST so when the team members arrive they can start at the top of your list in the order it was given completing as many tasks as possible in the time you purchased.
  • The Team will walk the home and pre‐inspect it with you but since this is a timed cleaning this pre‐ inspection time is part of your purchased This usually takes 10 minutes and is required for initial/first time cleaning.
  • Typically, the Team Leader will conduct a walk thru of the entire cleaning to check all the work is completed. This can take 15 – 20 minutes depending on the size of the home/task.
  • If you prefer the Team Leader to skip this check & simply clean until the time is up please tell us during your booking. The team check they work as we clean but having a TL check the quality of work is beneficial as we are getting to know your likes and dislikes.

Sometimes more time is needed to complete some task because enough time was not purchased based on the condition of the home, But you can add more time if needed if you would like us to continue by calling and  confirming the added time by email.

There are no pro‐rated refunds if the cleaners complete your Priority List before the time you purchased expires. In that event, ask your cleaners to clean additional rooms until time runs out.

Times are sold on “total hours” for 1 team member and not time in the home.

  • Example: 3 total hours with 1 cleaner is 3 hours in the home. 3 total hours in the home with 2 TM is 1.5 hours, 3 total hours with 3 cleaners is 1 hour in the home. Time in the home is calculated: Total Hours purchased / Total Cleaners = Time in the home
